The hotel has a family-friendly pool with a wading area for kids.
The check-in process was a nightmare. it took over 40 minutes to get a room, and the staff seemed completely untrained. We were finally given a room that lacked sufficient beds for our family, forcing us to constantly rearrange it. Additionally, there was an incident with a non-staff member delivering a cot late at night, which left us feeling uneasy about security.

It all depends on your needs.
The place is well maintained , offering clean, quiet rooms with comfortable bedding and soft fluffy towels.
Breakfast options were limited, mostly carbs, lacking variety and protein that left me disappointed.

A Good Value for a Family Stay
We appreciated the clean rooms and the convenient amenities available during our two-night stay. While the front desk staff were friendly, their conversation could use a little refinement. For families traveling with kids, bringing your own pillows might make your stay more comfortable!

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed that really helped after a long day. The pool area was fantastic. my kids loved the fountain and I appreciated the cleanliness. The breakfast offered some nice options like waffles and hard-boiled eggs, although I wished there were more hot choices available. One day, they ran out of coffee and juices early, which was disappointing. Although the staff were friendly, it seemed like they were overwhelmed at times. During check-in, there was a mix-up with our reservation, and it took a bit longer than expected to sort things out. The pillows were not comfortable at all. they turned rock-hard, and we all woke up with headaches. Nevertheless, the overall environment felt kid-friendly and welcoming, making it a decent place for a family stay.
